The Chinese company behind the Steve Jobs action figures has decided to abort any plans of selling the dolls.  The company released a statement saying “”Though we still believe that we have not overstepped any legal boundaries,  we have decided to completely stop the offer, production and sale of the Steve Jobs figurine out of our heartfelt sensitivity to the feelings of the Jobs family,”  by Tandy Cheung, the Hong Kong businessman whose company created the doll.  Cheung believes that the dolls did not infringe any of Apple Inc copyrights since the use of any Apple products was avoided.   The main cause of this decision is the companies”…immense pressure from the lawyers of Apple and Steve Jobs family…”  The doll was intended to be sold at a price tag of $99.99 but instead will never appear in the market.  The companies statement concluded with “Lastly, we wish to thank everyone for their admiration and appreciate of the figurine, and again we offer our sincere apologies to affected fans.”
